PhotoShelter's own homepage now sells a digital asset management platform to marketing teams and brands, demo-led. The self-serve photographer product still exists as three tiers, but client proofing only starts on Standard ($25/month) — Basic has none at all. PixiProof solves a narrower problem: a private client choosing photos, and calm delivery afterwards.

Write to usRarely. They are tools from different categories: PhotoShelter is archive management and licensing, PixiProof is a client gallery with selection. An editorial photographer may well need both.
Standard at $25/month billed annually, or Pro at $45/month. The $10/month Basic tier lists no client proofing tool, so it is not comparable to a proofing platform — that is why the table compares Standard.
Partly. The photographer plans are still sold, but photoshelter.com now positions the company as a DAM for brands and marketing teams. If you want a client gallery for a wedding or portrait session, that difference in direction matters more than any feature row.
