CLIENT EXPERIENCE
See it the way your clients will.
A cover with your name, your colors, your typography. From the first tap, it's your studio — not a file-sharing site.
Fast, full-screen browsing with one-tap favorites. Selection feels like a pleasure, not homework.
You get a clean, final list — no email chains, no screenshots. Upload finals and send one beautiful link.
See through your client's eyes
YOUR BRAND, EVERYWHERE
Choose a cover, a palette, and typography that match your studio. Clients never see PixiProof — they see you.
DELIVERY DAY
Favorites and a final approval your client can't get wrong.
One gallery for stills and films.
Each gallery privately locked.
Your work stays yours until it's paid for.
Finals download at full resolution.
Where your clients actually open it.
THE PIXIPROOF DIFFERENCE
No pushy popups. Just the right suggestion at the right moment — the way a great in-person sales meeting works.
Mark the frames worth adding to the order. You guide the eye; clients choose with confidence.
Upsell that sells for you: one elegant, one-time offer for extra photos, shown exactly when excitement peaks.
Two extra photos on half of your sessions pays for PixiProof many times over.
Illustrative: a single extra photo often covers a $7–$12 gallery — two extras on half your sessions covers the $17/month Studio plan with room to spare.
A built-in assistant that knows your galleries — ask what to do next, in plain language.

Competitor pricing as of July 2026, based on public pages. Compared at ~100 GB where noted (Pixieset Plus $16/month; Pic-Time Professional $21/month annual). *"Unlimited" tiers may carry fair-use limits in competitor T&Cs — PixiProof publishes storage tiers and durations without fine print.
Switching from another platform? Re-upload your files — we don't import galleries automatically. Your first gallery up to 1 GB is free so you can test the workflow.
Write to us
I built PixiProof after years of watching delivery day get treated as an afterthought — a ZIP file, a link, a shrug. The gallery is the last thing clients remember, and it's the moment they decide whether to order more and who to recommend. So I built the tool I wanted to send my own clients. — Michał, founder of PixiProof
