Pay per client gallery without a monthly subscription

Facts as of October 11, 2026.

Yes, you can pay for client galleries individually without a monthly commitment [2]. Pixiproof offers a pay-per-gallery model where you pay a single fee only when a gallery is published [2].

How pay-per-gallery works at Pixiproof

When creating a gallery, you choose a storage size of 1, 3, 10, 25, 50, or 100 GB, and an active period of 1, 3, or 12 months [2]. You pay once when publishing [2]. You can increase the storage tier before publishing, and if your uploads exceed your selected limit, the system prompts you to upgrade [2]. Galleries include photo and video content, client selection tools, and password protection [1]. There is 0% commission on your sales [1][2]. Before a gallery expires, Pixiproof sends an email giving you the option to extend its active period [2].

When a subscription makes more sense

If your delivery volume grows, you can switch to or combine your setup with the optional Studio subscription [2]. This plan provides a shared storage pool of 100 GB or 300 GB for your whole account, billed monthly or annually, where the annual option costs 10 times the monthly rate [2]. You can mix pay-per-gallery purchases and the Studio subscription within the same account [2].
