Pass closes on October 31, 2026, with key dates and your options

Facts as of October 10, 2026. Sources are listed at the end.
Key dates from Pass
Pass has published two dates on its own help center [1]:
- October 31, 2026: Pass galleries stop being accessible to clients.
- December 31, 2026: remaining Pass data is permanently deleted. Pass says nothing can be recovered after this date.
Your options, according to Pass
1. Migrate to Pic-Time. Pass offers a migration to Pic-Time. Pass says the migration stays open until October 31 and that gallery links keep working throughout [1]. Pass also notes that some data does not transfer in the Pic-Time migration and recommends exporting it separately [1]. Questions about the migration go to Pass Support at help@passgallery.com [1].
2. Download your data and leave. For photographers not moving to Pic-Time, Pass recommends these steps [1]:
- Download and save the photos from your galleries.
- Export your gallery and client lists.
- Export your order history.
- Export anything else you want to keep, such as contacts, sales information and reports.
- Cancel your subscription once your data is saved.
Pass advises giving yourself more than one evening, since larger libraries take time [1].

- First gallery up to 1 GB is free, no card required [2][3].
- 0% commission on your sales [2][3].
